We are very thankful that we selected Berwick to cater our daughter's wedding at Grand Oaks. Our guests were so impressed with the quality of the food and table service, as well as the presentation of the buffet, cookie table and table settings. The Beef Brisket was absolutely superb, the plated salads were of high quality and very pretty. Everything on the buffet was hot and tasty. The four buffet lines ran smoothly. The fruit display was artfully done, as the display of homemade cookies. The quantity of food provided was bountiful and helped us achieve our goal of serving our guests well. We are greatly appreicated your excellent customer service. Your attitude was always helpful, from offering to provide racks to transport our centerpieces, to your willingness to care for several of our guests who had special food needs. Even though the wedding reception included seats for 268, you did not hesitate to offer to have your staff set the menu cards, salads, favors, centerpieces, votives and mirrors on each table. You were willing to do this even though our venue's policy limited your access to their facility 2 hours prior to the event. It was a pleasure to work with you from start (the Taste Food experience is one of our most fun memories) to finish. Your excellent food and service combined with Grand Oaks fabulous facility is a dynamite combination, well worth every penny. Best wishes to you in the future. Our family cannot say enough about the Susi family and Berwick's catering! We chose Berwick for both of our daughter's wedding receptions in 2009 and 2011. We would not plan a wedding without them! The food is unbelievable and the service is fantastic. The guests raved about the food and service at both receptions. We chose the Italian Buffet served family style at each wedding for approx 250 people, and the guests loved it! The presentation was unbelievable as well. We left many of the minor details up to them because this is their business! All aspects of the reception went very smoothly! They are experts in their field! Once again we had a beautiful wedding. We received so many compliments on the food - how great it tasted and the abundance. We enjoyed the bartenders, and Orlando Jr. did a fabulous job keeping things flowing and providing for our every need. Amazing how much work the staff does without us ever knowing they were there or being in the way or in any pictures! The staff was quick on the clean up and making sure we got all our stuff back.
